KEGEL CLUB LETS GOOOO 💪💪 today’s workout is rated intermediate. How did you go?? If you’re new here, we’re doing pelvic floor exercises together improve bladder and bowel function. To SQUEEZE: contract the muscles around the vagina and the anus. To RELAX: simply let go and you should feel a drop in the muscles.
