On May 17, 1992 WCW WrestleWar 1992: WarGames took place from the Jacksonville Memorial Coliseum in Jacksonville, Florida. It was the 4th and final WrestleWar professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by World Championship Wrestling. On October 8, 1988 NWA World Wide Wrestling aired on TBS. In his National Wrestling Alliance television debut, Bam Bam Bigelow (accompanied my manager Sir Oliver Humperdink) defeats David Isley. Bigelow was unwilling to sign an exclusive contract with WCW due to his touring commitments with New Japan Pro-Wrestling, and he left the company in January 1989.
