This is how I clean Arctic Grayling and cook them up over the fire. I'm using my Commercial Series Fillet Knife by Cold Steel to get the job done here. Fly fishing for Arctic grayling in remote Yukon rivers while out on a 10 day moose hunt. 10/10 would recommend. This was the first time I’ve ever had grayling take on big pike gear.
