GROWING FISH: Hybrid Sunfish (1½ - 2 years) – Each year Missouri Department of Conservation stocks more than 45,000 hybrid sunfish in community lakes around the state for public fishing opportunities. Most are raised at the Blind Pony Hatchery near Sweet Springs.
