Is Zillow’s (ZG) Profitability Comeback and New Digital Tools Changing the Investment Case?

This is going to be big. Zillows in another class action law suit alleging steering to “higher priced” mortgages at ZHL vs “shopping” for best rate/pricing. And allegedly coercing agents with better lead flow or being “shut off” if they don’t hit certain #’s for Zillow home loans. : Can’t wait to read the comments. What do you think? | Tom Ferry
