I wash my body every day, and my hair on Wednesday/Sunday usually. It’s thick, it’s textured, takes 8-10 mins to effectively wash and condition, and takes 30 mins to blow dry. Putting my hair up wet causes scalp issues. I know I don’t need to explain myself to folks on the internet but I wanted to address the confusion as to why I can’t wash every day. I also have 4 kiddos and prefer to spend time with them- washing and styling twice a week is doable for me.✌️ #gymtips #helpme #gymgirlsbelike
