FRIED CHEESE BITES 🧀 Mozzarella Sticks 2 Eggs 1/4 Cup Milk 1 Cup Breadcrumbs 1 Cup Flour Vegetable Oil for Frying Cut cheese sticks into bite size pieces. In a bowl combine eggs and milk. In a second bowl add flour and in a third add breadcrumbs. Dip mozzarella pieces into flour, then into wet mix ten in breadcrumbs. Repeat. Heat a couple inches of oil to 350º and add a few pieces tool. Fry for about 30 seconds before draining on a paper towel. Enjoy! | Definitely Not Gourmet
