Kaohly Her will be the first woman and first Hmong person to serve as mayor of St. Paul. We asked Her how she wants people to pronounce her name. Hmong people are the largest Asian group in Minnesota, with a population of about 95,000. St. Paul boasts the largest Hmong population of any city in the country.
