Ferrets are smart and they learn pretty fast. I didn’t intentionally teach Crash or any of the ferrets to play bite. I taught them that biting hurts by using positive reinforcement and when they would bite too hard and wouldn’t stop after a couple times of telling them no or if redirecting their attention didn’t work, I used “time out” which is only a few mins in the cage or a cat carrier. Overtime, they learned not to chomp me. Now I just have to get Crash to stop chomping his brothers and sist
