Credit: Alex Harrison Envision Evanston 2045 officially entered the formal procedural phase Wednesday, as the city’s Land Use Commission held the first of six meetings in its public hearing on drafts of the new comprehensive plan, zoning code and district map for the city to use over the next 20 years.
