Alan Cumming says it was 'healing' to return as Nightcrawler in“ Avengers: Doomsday” after 'miserable' “X2 ”experience

Alan Cumming is happy he got the chance to reprise his role as Kurt Wagner, a.k.a Nightcrawler, in Avengers: Doomsday after his “terrible” experience shooting X2: X-Men United . The 60-year-old actor revealed in a recent PEOPLE interview that he “just finished” filming his Doomsday scenes earlier this month.
