Michael Franti issued a statement following a string of cancellations, including the Soulshine at Sea concert he was slated to headline.

Michael Franti and Activist Artist Management have split following allegations of sexual misconduct initiated by a fellow artist and protege.

This November was supposed to mark the third iteration of Soulshine At Sea, a four-day concert cruise that goes from Miami, Florida to Cozumel, Mexico. Today, however, the fest’s organizer Sixthman announced that the sold-out cruise has been canceled.
