The Washington Wizards officially sign a former Kentucky basketball star not long after John Wall announces his retirement.

The Wizards and Labissiere agreed to a deal Tuesday, NBA reporter Chris Haynes reports.

Labissiere didn't appear in an NBA game in four seasons until the Kings signed him to a 10-day contract in March.

The Washington Wizards have signed Skal Labissiere and Alondes Williams, who will compete for a contract with the team.
