Last season the 49ers found a couple of immediate contributors in the fourth round when they added safety Malik Mustapha and running back Isaac Guerendo. The latter was a player they traded up for. This year they're slated for two picks in this round.

The San Francisco 49ers rounded out Day 2 of the NFL draft with yet another defender. With the No. 100 overall pick, the 49ers went to the third level of their defense and snagged cornerback Upton Stout out of Western Kentucky.

The 2024 season did not go as planned for their San Francisco 49ers.
