Jose Alberto Feliz, 28, of Hyde Park, was shot multiple times shortly before 1:15 p.m. Friday on Garfield Avenue, police said. The alleged gunman, Isaiah Trevon Smith, also 28, of Hyde Park, was arrested on murder and “various firearms charges,” with arraignment slated for Tuesday in West Roxbury Municipal Court, police said.
