Henry Pacheco pleaded not guilty to murder, arson and petit larceny at Kings County Supreme Court Friday.

A home in Kings Park was engulfed in flames overnight, leaving a family with a newborn and young child displaced. Neighbors told News 12 that the family managed to escape their burning home unharmed.
