Much like other restaurant chains that filed for Chapter 11 in 2025, the company says rising costs, lower demand and other "insurmountable" pressures on the industry are causes for the move. Bravo Brio previously filed for bankruptcy in 2020 and emerged from the proceedings a few months later after it was acquired by Earl Enterprises.

The parent company of Bravo! Italian Kitchen and Brio Italian Grille filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. It's the second filing in about five years.
