In addition to Pokemon from the Paldea region, trainers can expect to encounter Unown A, Unown D, Unown E, Unown L and Unown P in Raids. According to Niantic, Shiny Unown Pokemon will also appear.

Niantic will be adding 21 new Paldea region Pokemon to Pokemon GO in September 2023, with the first batch being released on September 5. The second wave will be added on September 10.
