Demolition crews started tearing down the east end of Regency Mall at Green Bay Road and Durand Avenue in Racine Monday, one of the first steps in the city's renovation plans for the location.

A service availability request to the city utility shows 11 parcels at northwest Atlantic Boulevard and Monument Road.
