The Las Vegas Raiders are exploring their quarterback options this offseason and one of those option appears to be a $160 million Super Bowl-winning signal-caller who could be available via trade.

New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers will soon be available in free agency, as the team plans to part ways with him. One NFL analyst predicts Rodgers will land with an AFC team that sports a Super Bowl-winning head coach.

Philips was actually born in Las Vegas, Nevada, so he should feel right at home with the Raiders. He still has an uphill battle to make the active roster once the season starts but his relationship with Kelly will certainly help him get a head start on other wide receivers on the roster.
