After the long-awaited return of EA Sports' College Football in July 2024, the series is set to return again in 2026 for the next edition of the game. Per a report from On3 on Wednesday, two Buckeyes — and coach Ryan Day — will be involved with the cover of the game.

While Ohio State is losing a ton of its players to the NFL Draft next month, the Buckeyes still have a handful of returning stars for next season, including wide receiver Jeremiah

Players visible on the cover leak include Ohio State's Jeremiah Smith, Alabama's Ryan William and Michigan's Bryce Underwood.

This will be Johnson’s third stint with the Buckeyes, working for as many full-time head coaches in the process. The Cincinnati native first served as the defensive backs coach from 2007-11, working for Jim Tressel. His final season he coached under Luke Fickell, who served in an interim role after Tressel reigned as the head coach.
