Kelsey Mitchell named basketball Hall of Famer Sheryl Swoopes as her favorite WNBA player ever after re-signing with the team, despite the legend's Caitlin Clark critiques last season
Indiana Fever coach Stephanie White gave her view on how Caitlin Clark's abilities would affect her teammates on Tuesday.
WNBA legend Sheryl Swoopes has not always been the biggest fan of Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark. There have been numerous instances of Swoopes deflecting or detracting from the 23-year-old basketball icon's greatness whenever she was brought up over the past 13 months or so.
The Sky signed Courtney Vandersloot after her two seasons with the Liberty and two-time All-Star guard — and 2019 WNBA champ — Ariel Atkins from the Mystics. Additionally, Clark will play alongside six-time All-Star and two-time WNBA champ DeWanna Bonner and two-time All-Stars in forward Natasha Howard and guard Kelsey Mitchell.
