Adobe's new Character Animator app, announced today for its Creative Cloud service, uses advanced face tracking to create animated effects that are downright playful.

Like any other Adobe CC product, Fuse works in conjunction with other Adobe software, specifically Photoshop. Simply drag and drop a 3D model from Fuse to Photoshop to add it to the current file.

The latest beta version of Adobe Character Animator adds AI-powered lip-sync and motion capture tools, as well as revamped timeline features.

Interface tweaks and new features come to Photoshop, along with a new integrated app for creating 3D models to pose or animate.
