HBO might just have its most popular season of The White Lotus yet. Per the company, 3.4M U.S. cross-platform viewers tuned in for the second episode on Sunday night, which marks a 40% increase over the premiere episode’s 2.4M.

Some may call the start of season three of The White Lotus slow—you know, other than that hotel robbery at gunpoint—but I’d describe it more as simmering. Our cast of vacationers, staff and mysterious outliers are starting to let their true selves shine through and I’ve gotta say,

"The White Lotus" will air live on HBO and drop on Max simultaneously for streaming. While the first season had six episodes and the second had seven episodes, Season 3 promises eight episodes in total. This leaves seven episodes to figure out who has been murdered and who did it, including Episode 2.
