Investigators say Kevin Dubuisson, 28, was on a carjacking spree in Whitestone on Friday, leading to an NYPD detective being shot by friendly fire. CBS News New York's Natalie Duddridge reports.

A Brooklyn man was charged with robbery, assault, and grand larceny for allegedly attempting to steal two vehicles earlier this week in an incident that ended with an NYPD officer being shot by a fellow officer, prosecutors said.

Kevin Dubuisson, 28, of Brooklyn, pleaded guilty to charges related to an alleged Queens hijacking that left an NYPD officer from Long Island wounded.
