On Valentine's Day, temperatures will start out in the 20s, but the wind chill will make it feel like the teens. Despite decent amounts of sunshine, high temperatures will only reach the mid 30s, and with a continuous breeze, it will feel like the 20s. A stray snow shower is possible north and west.

The final in our series of East Coast storms is headed our way this weekend. And it could be the one with the biggest impact.

Another winter storm will bring a wintry mix to New York City and the Tri-State area this weekend.Clouds will increase on Saturday morning, and snow will spread across the region by midday.Snowfall will continue for most of the area into the evening before a changeover to sleet and soaking rain as milder air arrives.
