Multiple people were injured after fireworks exploded on a boat in Alabama during a show to mark the Fourth of July. Newsweek has contacted the Tallapoosa County Sheriff's Office and Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) for comment via emails sent outside regular business hours.

Earlier that day, the rapper shared a video himself holding unlit fireworks in his hand, jokingly asking, “Who wants to get blown up today?...I’m blowing somebody up today.”

As the Fourth of July weekend wraps up, Washington's Level-1 trauma center is tallying up the number of fireworks injuries they've seen.
