A day after officials said new funding would keep Crozer Health's facilities open four to six weeks, an attorney says the money only covers two weeks.

John Marshall, who owns The BrickHaus in Ridley Park, said nearby Taylor Hospital employees are frequent customers of the restaurant, and the potential closure of the hospital would have an impact on business.

The Foundation for Delaware County has agreed to provide enough money to keep Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital open through roughly March 28, a bankruptcy attorney for hospital owner Prospect Medical Holdings said during a court hearing Tuesday.
