The End of an Era is available to stream on Disney+. The first episode of the docuseries will receive a special broadcast on ABC at 8 p.m. ET on Dec. 12, followed by a preview of the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour: The Final Show concert film.

The six-part look behind the scenes of the musician's record-breaking 51-city, 21-month concert tour will be released two chapters at a time over three weeks.
