A Milwaukee man has been charged in the stabbing death of his landlord, David Grosse. Justin Lannigan, 37, was charged Thursday with first degree intentional homicide.

A 37-year-old faces life in prison after prosecutors say he killed his 74-year-old landlord because he believed the owner was spying on him.

The West Allis Police Department was told by an adult male at 61st and Grant that there would be a victim at the Milwaukee location. When MPD arrived, they found an adult male victim, 74, stabbed. MPD confirmed the incident is being investigated as a homicide and that it was connected to the incident at 61st and Grant.
