California lottery players hoping to strike it rich will get another shot at a multimillion-dollar prize after the Powerball jackpot rose to $416 million for the next drawing Monday, July 6.

The Powerball winning numbers are in for the Wednesday, July 8 drawing with a jackpot that reached an estimated $434 million ($194.7 million cash value).

Since launching in 1992, Powerball jackpots have been hit more than 400 times.
