Fire crews on Thursday were battling a structure fire in Montebello, authorities said. The fire was reported at 7:21 p.m. at 121 E. Whittier Blvd., according to the Verdugo fire dispatch center.
Firefighters have been called to the home twice in the last 10 days for different fires.
The Westfield Culver City mall also closed early because of the fire.
