Moore hasn’t officially named Underwood, who turned 18 on Wednesday, the team’s starter, but all signs point to him receiving the keys to the offense. The Wolverines finished in the bottom 10 in FBS last season in total and passing offense, prompting Moore to bring in a new, veteran coordinator in Chip Lindsey.
