"Demon Hunters" will appear on approximately 1,700 screens across the U.S. and Canada, with over 1,000 of the shows already sold out.

KPop Demon Hunters director Maggie Kang already has material in mind for a potential sequel.

"KPop Demon Hunters' realistic depiction of various Korean cultures, including K-Pop and K-Food, went viral and is creating a global fandom," the company said in a statement.
