Patel's post accused Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan of helping a man evade arrest by federal immigration authorities.

“Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on charges of obstruction—after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week,” Patel wrote in his tweet from 10:11 a.m. ET.

Judge Hannah Dugan’s arrest is the first known instance of the Trump administration charging a local official with interfering with immigration enforcement.
