James Andrew McGann, 28, was arrested at 4:57 p.m. local time on July 30 at a business in Springdale, Arkansas, state police said.

A man newly hired as a schoolteacher in Arkansas has been arrested in the killings of a couple in front of their children at Devil’s Den State Park.

Clinton David Brink, 43, and Cristen Amanda Brink, 41, were found dead Saturday at the park in Washington County, police said. They were hiking with their daughters, ages 7 and 9.
