Alex Bregman, who is on fire with his new team, took the day off Wednesday to be with his wife Reagan, who had their second child Bennett Matthew Bregman.

Those were Red Sox third baseman Alex Bregman‘s parting words Tuesday after his career-high five-hit game. He's headed back to Boston for the birth of his second child.
