New York Yankees captain Aaron Judge is likely to have his throwing limited the rest of the season as he recovers from a flexor strain, manager Aaron Boone revealed Tuesday morning. Judge missed 10 days with the injury spanning late July and early August, and he has been limited to DH duty since returning. He is on a throwing program.

The New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays are playing a two-game series this week at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Fla.

It came as a shock to fans when New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone gave a bleak update on Aaron Judge 's elbow injury, telling the press, "I don't think we're going to see him back to throwing like he normally does at any point this year." Apparently, it came as a shock to Judge as well.
