According to authorities, Meija-Polanco was discovered dead behind the wheel of her vehicle at around 8 a.m. Sunday morning on the eastbound Cross County Parkway near the Broad Street exit in Mount Vernon, New York. The killing appeared to be a “targeted” attack.
